1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.

  2. Add olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and pepper; whisk rapidly until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Cook's Note:

This is a shortcut. For a legit aioli you start with egg yolks and olive oil and whisk it together, but that's just mayo, so I save time and just use mayo.
