Greek-Inspired Air Fryer Cornish Hen

This is one of the most tender and flavorful Cornish hens you will ever eat. The best part is that you throw it in and walk away. No shaking, flipping, or fuss. I use the Tyson® hens because they are 2 pounds a piece and perfect for two people. Reduce cook time if using smaller hens.
