Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water, or as needed

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds

  • teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

Directions

  1. Fill a mug with boiling water.

  2. Place fennel seeds in a tea ball and add to the boiling water. Add grated ginger and let steep for 2 minutes. Remove tea ball and serve.
