Ingredients

  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 ½ tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Whisk Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight.

  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

  3. Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.

  4. Grill on the preheated grill until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, 6 to 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
