Weekday Avocado Toast

I call this my weekday avocado toast because it's much simpler and faster than the from-scratch version I make on weekends. This one is inspired by the famous coffee chain's version and is ready in minutes, and portable if you need it to be! You can even top this with a fried egg if you'd like.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread

  • 2 tablespoons prepared guacamole

  • ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. Toast bread until desired doneness. Spread with guacamole, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Cook's Notes:

Adjust the amount of guacamole and seasoning based on the size of the bread slices. I like to use different flavored everything bagel seasoning, such as jalapeno and asiago, which can be found at Aldi.

I like to use Wholly® Guacamole for my avocado toast.
