The Sam’s Club Dip Customers 'Wait Months For' Is Finally Back

But only for a limited time.

This summer has seriously felt like the season of dips. Between the viral, few-ingredient homemade recipes and the just-as-loved store-bought ones, my potlucks have never had a shortage of creamy, delicious dips. At this point, I’m starting to feel like Martin Short’s character in “Only Murders in the Building,” whose diet consists solely of dips—but I’m not complaining.

So, if you’re ready to add yet another dip to your rotation, you’ll want to get your Sam’s Club membership card ready.

As if Sam’s Club wasn’t already winning the game with its Spinach Artichoke, Buffalo Chicken, and new Pizza Style dips, the club store has brought back one of its most popular varieties: Pineapple Jalapeño Popper Dip.

Sam's Club Member's Mark Pineapple Jalapeño Popper Dip Is Back

The sweet, savory, spicy dip is made with cream cheese, jalapeños, pineapple, onions, green onions, lemon juice, and salt for an irresistible flavor that customers have loved for years. Sam’s Club introduced the limited-time dip in 2022, and customers couldn’t get enough.

While Sam’s has yet to make the summertime dip part of its year-long lineup—like many fans have requested—the club store has continued to bring it back year after year.

“You practically begged us to bring it back,” the brand posted on Facebook in 2023.

Now, the Member’s Mark Pineapple Jalapeño Popper Dip is back on shelves for a third year, and customers are still raving.

“I was nervous about buying this dip but went on a whim and bought it. This is now my favorite dip, last time I went to Sam’s club I got 3. I hope they keep this dip forever,” wrote one reviewer.

“My husband & son love this pineapple jalapeño popper dip. They want it every time I shop. It has a nice kick to it. They like it on crackers. If I can keep it long enough I could probably use it on other things. But it goes quick,” wrote another.

Customers say the swicy dip is great on crackers, tortilla chips, pretzels, and other traditional, dippable foods, but it shines in other recipes, too. Sam’s Club members recommend adding the dip to sandwiches, burgers, and chicken—and even use it as its own jalapeño popper filling.

“This dip was surprisingly very good and wasn't spicy hot. The pineapple balanced it. I saw that it is a limited-time offer, so I will be buying several the next time I'm at Sam's. It's delicious warmed and even better at room temperature (for better spread or dipping). I used it as a filler in sliced jalapeños—so delicious—and on tortilla chips, potato chips, and my finger. I want to try it on veggies, sandwiches, baked potato, and French fries,” wrote a customer.

Once you give this $6.68 dip a try, you’ll understand why customers continue to beg Sam’s Club to keep it stocked all year. For now, however, you’ll just have to buy it by the case, just like everyone else.
