Elisabeth has nearly a decade experience in magazine editorial work. She has worked as a fact-checker for Rolling Stone and Harper's Magazine, and later served as a staff writer at Food & Wine. Her work on food culture, recipes, and cooking have appeared in Bon Appetit, Vice, Huff Post, and The Outline. She currently serves as the food and drink editor at the travel publication Matador Network.
