Grace Parisi

Grace Parisi a former senior test kitchen editor for Food & Wine, where she wrote several successful monthly columns: Food & Wine Handbook, Tasting & Testing, Flavor of the Month, Power Pantry, and Chefs Recipes Made Easy. Parisi has also been published in McCall’s, Redbook, and The New York Times, has written five hit cookbooks, and has appeared numerous times on national television.

Experience

With a graduate degree in painting, Parisi didn’t plan on ending up where she is today. Out of school, her first job was working as a commercial TV food stylist, staging food to make it look extra delicious. In an attempt to find something more fulfilling, she began to pursue editorial food writing. Not only did she get published in multiple renowned magazines, but one of her cookbooks, Get Saucy, was nominated for the James Beard Award for Best Single Subject Book. Over her career, she has appeared on many TV Shows, including Today Show, The Early Show, CBS This Morning, Good Morning America, Chef on a Shoe-String, NY1, CNN, and she was a food expert on the Fine Living Network.

Education

Parisi attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
