Experience

Tourondel is from Auvergne, France, and worked in France, Hong Kong, London, and Moscow before developing his restaurant empire in the United States. Today he has locations in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the Hamptons, in addition to his L'Amico, Second, The Vine, and Skirt Steak restaurants in Manhattan.
