Let's be honest, we would never (ever) turn down a biscuit made by Grandma. Over the years our Test Kitchen has developed, tested, and mastered many delicious biscuit recipes – some are extra fluffy, others are extra flaky, but they all have a taste and technique that makes them memorable. Like most Southerners, many of the recipes we hold onto today are ones we learned from watching our grandparents in the kitchen when we were children. We remember breakfasts with some of the best-ever biscuits we've ever tasted. We all have our favorites, and Grandma has her top picks too, from savory to extra sweet. Here, we rounded up 10 of Grandma's go-to biscuit recipes to pass on for years to come.
