While there were many mocktails and cocktails in this Allrecipes summer issue, few of them qualify as actual desserts. This spicy lemon ginger switchel borders the line. I loved it when I tried it though—and decided to add it on here as an extra. While it is a little spicy, it is also sweet and comforting after dinner because of the lemon and ginger, which will help your digestion like a limoncello might.
