I love this bread with one change...I used a flax egg (1 T flax seed, 2.5 T water that you let sit 5 minutes) which I think is a better texture for our taste. I have also used it with other non AP flours and mixes I made myself such as grounds oats, quinoa and protein powder with great results. I might be eating low carb but that doesn't mean my 4 year old should but I also don't want to keep a whole lot of bread in the house for him.
these were really easy and tasty but I did make one modification. I added 2TBSP of lemon powder because I like in your face lemon flavor! I used a#24 scoop so the liners are only half full but they came out perfect for what I wanted!! Just enough room for frosting ??
It was a little sweet for me but that is probably because I rarely eat extra sugar. The second time I left out the honey, S&P and I love it!!! Thank you for sharing!!
