Beautiful dish and so flavorful! Followed exactly except I goofed and didn’t have quite enough spaghetti sauce. Still outstanding and family loved it!

This was a-MAZING and actually quite simple. One pot, no worry about the perfect roux (like with gumbo). Made a double batch to ensure we had plenty of leftovers for tomorrow afternoon and night!

This one was truly a winner in our house! The addition of the mushroom soup made the taste buds explode. My 14 year old son, who normally only prefers a roast if it’s pork, was actually surprised at how much flavor it had.ONLY thing I added was some thyme.
