This easy pie crust recipe was given to me by a friend of mine many years ago. I enjoy it because it has a different taste and is so easy to fix.

1 9-inch pie crust

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine flour, oil, milk, sugar, and salt in a 9-inch pie pan; stir with a fork until mixture comes together.

  3. Pat into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.

  4. Poke holes in the bottom and sides with a fork.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until light golden brown, about 15 minutes. Use as directed in your favorite pie recipe.
