Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 pound broccoli florets

  • 1 pound cauliflower florets

  • ½ head cabbage, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and garlic; cook and stir until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the pan from heat and drizzle oyster sauce over vegetable; toss to coat.
