Ingredients

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar

  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

  • ¼ cup chopped red onion

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine vinegar, cilantro, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Puree until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Save half for a serving sauce, and use the other half as a marinade.
