Mmm yummy paleo enchilada sauce and so easy! Add a little bit of chicken stock if sauce comes out thicker than you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) cans tomato sauce

  • ½ medium white onion, diced

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Combine tomato sauce, onion, cumin, chili powder, oregano, paprika, garlic, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning.
