Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1 onion, diced

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

  • cup cold water

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion; drain fat.

  2. Stir in ketchup, taco seasoning, and cold water. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
