Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 cups frozen fresh pineapple chunks

  • 15 leaves fresh basil, or to taste

  • ½ lime, juiced

  • 2 packets stevia powder

Directions

  1. Place water, pineapple, basil, lime juice, and stevia in a blender cup in the order listed. Blend until smooth.

Cook's Notes:

This will work with any kind of sweetener you prefer.

You can use frozen canned pineapple if fresh is not available. Using frozen pineapple eliminates the use of ice.
