Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce (such as Bragg®)

  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Combine mushrooms, oil, soy sauce, garlic granules, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss to coat. Transfer to the air fryer basket.

  3. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking occasionally.

Cook’s Note

The mushrooms should be all about the same size.

I have a smaller air fryer. If you're using a larger model, the mushrooms will cook faster, so make sure you check them frequently.
