Experience

Adam Dolge is an award-winning journalist, freelance writer and recipe developer. He is the author and food photographer for the blog The Real Recipes, where he shares recipes inspired by his experience working for food magazines and professional test kitchens. His work has appeared in EatingWell, Food & Wine, Real Simple, Southern Living, Cooking Light, Fine Cooking, The Cook's Cook and several newspapers and websites.

Adam graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, where he interned and later freelanced for Fine Cooking. After graduation, he moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where he tested and developed recipes in the Time Inc. Food Studios. He then moved to Vermont and served as a lead recipe developer for EatingWell magazine and later as test kitchen manager for the Vermont Food Studio.
