Adam Hickman spent nearly a decade developing, testing and refining thousands of recipes for various Dotdash Meredith brands, including Real Simple, Food & Wine and EatingWell. This involved evaluating recipes using ESHA (a nutritional analysis software) and adjusting them as needed to meet nutritional standards.

Adam owns and runs Foxhound Bee Company, a full-service beekeeping supply company based in Birmingham, Alabama. What started as a side hustle in 2014 has grown to a full-time occupation. He's a certified Master Beekeeper supplying new beekeepers nationwide with high-quality equipment, beekeeping suits, feeders and beekeeping classes.
