David Bonom is a food writer, recipe developer, culinary educator and chef. He attended the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and worked in the restaurant industry before turning to creating food content for publications including Better Homes & Gardens, Fine Cooking, Coastal Living, Every Day with Rachael Ray and Weight Watchers in addition to EatingWell.
