Robin Bashinsky is a professional chef whose background includes stints at Birmingham fine-dining restaurants Daniel George and Hot and Hot Fish Club. He spent several years developing and testing recipes for Cooking Light. His work for the publication garnered Robin the James Beard Journalism Award in 2016 for Food and Health and in 2017 for Home Cooking.
