Sadie Schulte is EatingWell's editorial apprentice. She attends Iowa State University, where she is a senior studying advertising and fashion communications. During her time at college, she has worked as a reporter at the campus newspaper, the Iowa State Daily, where she writes about culture and lifestyle.

At EatingWell, Sadie writes news content and creates galleries for an online audience. She collaborates with the editorial and nutrition teams to deliver engaging, accurate and newsworthy content. As a part of her apprenticeship, Sadie is improving her writing skills and soaking up all there is to know about food publications.

When she's not in school or working, Sadie can be spotted going to Pilates with her friends or experimenting with college-friendly meals. Her favorite meals are all things bowls, from burrito bowls to sushi bowls; there's nothing better than throwing all of your ingredients into one dish and calling it done.
