  • ½ frozen medium banana

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen cranberries

  • 1 cup low-fat plain kefir

Directions

  1. Combine banana, blueberries, cranberries and kefir in a blender. Puree until smooth.
