Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach

  • cup tuna salad

  • ½ cup sliced white mushrooms

  • ½ cup strawberries

  • ¼ cup sliced red onion

  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery

  • 1 ½ tablespoons slivered almonds

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ¼ cup mixed fresh fruit

  • ¼ cup yogurt

Directions

  1. Mix spinach, tuna salad, mushrooms, strawberries, and celery in a medium bowl. Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle almonds on top.

  2. Mix fruit and yogurt in a small bowl. Serve on the side.
