Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby arugula

  • ½ cup shredded cooked chicken breast

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced or quartered

  • ½ cup chopped Granny Smith apple

  • 2 tablespoons light balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

  • 2 tablespoons toasted pecan pieces

  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine arugula, chicken, strawberries, and apple. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pecans and cheese.
