1 (10 ounce) package torn mixed Italian blend salad greens

1 small star fruit, thinly sliced

½ of a small red onion, thinly sliced (1/3 cup)

¼ cup raspberry vinegar or red-wine vinegar

3 tablespoons salad oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 ounce Fresh raspberries
Directions

Toss salad greens with star fruit and onion in a very large bowl.

Combine vinegar, oil, and honey in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well. Pour over salad mixture. Toss lightly to coat. If desired, garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
