⅓ cup plain whole-milk yogurt

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup chopped scallions

3 tablespoons dill pickle relish

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

¾ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground pepper

4 cups shredded cooked chicken breast

¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries

½ cup chopped pecans, toasted (see Tip)

⅓ cup finely chopped celery

⅓ cup finely chopped carrot
Directions

Stir yogurt, mayonnaise, scallions, relish, mustard, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Fold in chicken, cranberries, pecans, celery and carrot. Stir to coat.
Tips
Tip: For the best flavor, toast nuts and seeds before using in a recipe. To toast small nuts, chopped nuts and seeds, place in a small dry skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 2 to 4 minutes.
To make ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
