Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 2 brown rice cakes

  • ½ teaspoon flaxseed

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

  • ½ apple, sliced

Directions

  1. Spread almond butter on 1 rice cake. Sprinkle with flaxseed and cinnamon. Top with apple and the other rice cake.
