Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package microwaveable farro

  • 1 (10 ounce) Mediterranean-style salad kit

  • 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken

Directions

  1. Microwave farro according to package directions; set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Toss together salad kit in a large bowl. Add chicken and the cooled farro; toss to combine.
