½ cup Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette

3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground pepper

8 cups shredded cabbage (preferably red and green mixed)
Directions

Whisk vinaigrette, chives, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add cabbage and toss to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Toss again; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
