1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons grated garlic

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground pepper

1 pound small mushrooms, halved

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Stir butter, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add mushrooms and toss to coat. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring once, until the mushrooms are tender, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
