Garlic-Butter Mushroom Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons grated garlic

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

  • 1 pound small mushrooms, halved

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Stir butter, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add mushrooms and toss to coat. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring once, until the mushrooms are tender, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
