Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 3/4 ounce amaro (bittersweet Italian liqueur)

  • 3/4 ounce Créole Shrubb or Grand Marnier

  • 3 drops of orange flower water

  • 5 ounces chilled lager

  • 1 ounce chilled ginger beer

  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange zest

Directions

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the amaro, Créole Shrubb and orange flower water and stir well. Strain into a chilled pilsner glass and stir in the lager and ginger beer. Garnish with the grated orange zest.
