Ginger Syrup

Use this syrup to make the Lucky Bamboo cocktail.Plus: Ultimate Cocktail Guide

Yield:
10 ounces of syrup
Cook Mode (Keep screen awake)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup freshly grated ginger

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 ½ cups water

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until reduced to about 1 3/4 cups. Strain, let cool and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
