Ingredients

  • Ice cubes, plus cracked ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably Hangar One

  • 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur

  • 2 ounces fresh white grapefruit juice

  • 1 ounce chilled ginger beer

  • 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the vodka and St-Germain and shake well. Strain into a cracked-ice-filled double rocks glass. Stir in the grapefruit juice, then the ginger beer. Garnish with the twist.
