One-pot cooking helps keep everything streamlined, so you're not juggling, say, a bubbling sauce on one burner while the vegetables sauté on another. Some of our favorite, easy one-pot meals include a lamb and butternut squash tagine with apricots and a classic beef chili; believe it or not, you can pull off one-pot pasta dishes, too.
