In November 2023, Seven Seas Grandeur, the newest ship from Regent Seven Seas Cruises, will set sail. And it’s unveiling 130 new dishes for guests to enjoy with it.

“For over 30 years, we have provided our guests with the highest standards in luxury travel, from personalized on-board service and immersive destination experiences to perfecting epicurean offerings across the world’s most luxurious fleet,” Andrea DeMarco, the president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, shared in a statement provided to Food & Wine. “As a celebration of Regent’s heritage, Seven Seas Grandeur has been stunningly reimagined for the future, enhancing the eclectic culinary experiences found on board through delightfully refined menus and beautifully reimagined specialty restaurants.”

The cruise line’s culinary teams, led by Bernhard Klotz, created more than 130 new dishes and enhanced old recipes, which will all be served across its seven dining venues, which have all been revamped too. This, the company shared in a statement, includes 13 new dinner dishes at Compass Rose, Regent’s signature restaurant, a brand new lunch menu at Prime 7, the ship’s steakhouse, and three new dishes at Chartreuse, the ship’s French restaurant inspired by the 3-Michelin Star L'Auberge du Vieux Puits.

The ship’s new meals also include plant-based dishes like the Impossible Salisbury Steak with truffle butter and Pacific Rim tofu and crudité poke salad available at La Veranda. And, for something to imbibe in, the ship is also pouring nine new Gerard Bertrand wines across the ship.

Beyond the meals, guests can also enjoy the epic views along the way, thanks to the ship’s all-balcony suites, which range from 307 to 4,443 square feet. Guests can also take their chances at the casino, watch a show at the theater, play bocce or paddle tennis on the upper decks, or dance the night away at the lounge. Of course, you can always book a decadent spa treatment to follow your equally decadent meal and just let the waves lull you to peaceful restoration.
