Make ahead
You can make the yuzu kosho-honey butter up to two weeks in advance and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter (4 ounces), softened

1 tablespoon green yuzu kosho (such as Yakami Orchard)

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon gochugaru

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
Directions

Beat butter with a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds. Add yuzu kosho, honey, gochugaru, and salt. Beat on medium speed until well combined, about 30 seconds. Season with additional salt to taste. Set aside at room temperature.
