Ingredients

  • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. thinly sliced prosciutto (about 6 slices)

  • 1 (5.3-oz.) pkg. gourmet cranberry-hazelnut crackers, broken into bite-size pieces (such as Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps)

  • 1 cup smoked almonds

  • 1  cup salted, roasted shelled pistachios

  • 1 cup dried Mission figs, stems removed and halved (from 1 [9-oz.] pkg.)

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese crisps (such as Whisps) (from 1 [6-oz.] pkg.)

Directions

  1.  Preheat oven to 375°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; top with prosciutto, spacing evenly apart. Bake in preheated oven until crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool completely, about 10 minutes; break into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Stir together prosciutto pieces, broken gourmet crackers, smoked almonds, pistachios, and halved Mission figs in a large bowl. Stir in Parmesan crisps just before serving.
