One of our favorite parts about a beach vacation is enjoying a delicious plate of simple seafood. Instead of waiting for your family vacation to eat seafood this year, try grilling some up in your own backyard to make every day feel like an afternoon by the beach. Grilling is one of the best ways to get flavorful food during the heat of summer. When the weather's right, that's the perfect excuse to ready the grill and cook and eat outside. We will take any excuse to bypass turning on the oven, especially when it tastes this good. While we would never say no to BBQ, chicken, or steak on the grill, something about seafood gives the meal a light, breezy feeling.
