Ingredients

⅓ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose baking mix
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Step 1
Whisk together first 4 ingredients until blended. Stir melted butter into sugar mixture until well blended and crumbly.

I used this for gluten free cinnamon streusel muffins (used Bisquick gluten free pancake & baking mix in place of the ingredient "all-purpose baking mix"), and they were a big hit with my gluten free wife and three young daughters
