Experience

Kathryn has been a chef in Colorado, working for ski resorts as well as a vegan restaurant. Most recently Kathryn worked clinically in Behavioral Health as a registered dietitian, while also developing low inflammatory and vegan foods for therapeutic diets.

Kathryn's goal is for everyone to enjoy a whole food plant based diet in tandem with all the wonderful comfort foods, emphasizing a healthy relationship with food and celebration of classic french cooking techniques.

Education

Kathryn graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2014 with a degree in culinary arts, and from Iowa State University in 2020 with a degree in dietetics. Kathryn became a registered dietitian in 2021 after completing her internship with Iowa State.
