I invented this mango pineapple smoothie one day when I had leftover fresh mango and pineapple juice. A spoonful of cream of coconut added sweetness and a tropical flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • ½ cup nonfat milk

  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut

Directions

  1. Place vanilla yogurt, pineapple juice, mango, banana, milk, and cream of coconut into a blender; process until smooth.

Cook’s Note

You can use frozen mango and about 8 pineapple juice ice cubes for a chilled drink.
