Famed Italian mixologist Vincenzo Marianella gives this classic vodka gimlet recipe its signature sweet-tart edge with the help of Rose's lime juice. By swapping out fresh lime juice and simple syrup with this easy-to-find bottled ingredient, Vincenzo turns an already simple cocktail into one of the quickest to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka

  • Ice

  • 1 ounce Rose's lime juice

  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka and Rose's lime juice and shake for 10 seconds.

  2. Strain into a martini or old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
