Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Simple Syrup, heated

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger

Directions

  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine the hot Simple Syrup and the ginger. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
