Royal Fruit Cup

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces House Fruit Cup

  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice

  • Ice

  • 8 ounces chilled ginger beer

  • 24 ounces chilled sparkling wine

  • 8 Thai basil sprigs

  • 8 orange twists

  • 8 cucumber spears (optional)

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the House Fruit Cup and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Stir and pour into 8 ice-filled pilsner glasses. Stir 1 ounce ginger beer and 3 ounces sparkling wine into each drink and garnish with a basil sprig, orange twist and cucumber spear.
