Smoky Spiced Sugar Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 

  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander 

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt 

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin 

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients until well combined.

The smoky spiced sugar rub can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
