Tangy Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup buttermilk

  • 2 ounces goat cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon grated lemon zest

  • ¼ teaspoon finely chopped thyme

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a blender, pulse all of the ingredients until mixed but not smooth.

Salad match Romaine or other crisp lettuce.
